Child Safety Policy

• No messaging, comments, friend requests or child-to-child contact of any kind.
• No photo, video or file upload by a child.
• No open-ended AI chat — a child cannot type free text to a model.
• No links out to the open web from the child-facing screens.
• The leaderboard shows only a nickname, an emoji and a score — never an email or a real name.
• Account settings, reports and support live in the grown-up area behind a gate.

Use the contact form and choose the safety topic, or email the privacy contact listed below. Tell us what you saw and where. A child who notices something upsetting should stop and tell a grown-up they trust.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or child protection authority first. We are not an emergency service.

• We acknowledge that we received it.
• We triage urgent safety reports ahead of everything else.
• Where a lesson or a game item is implicated, we can withdraw it from circulation.
• We record the outcome so that the same issue does not resurface.

Target response times, escalation contacts and any mandatory reporting duties must be confirmed by the operator and counsel before launch. We do not state a guaranteed response time here.

Lessons avoid violence, sexual content, gambling, substance use, frightening imagery and stereotyping. Example sentences use first names only and are written for the age band they target. Reported items are reviewed against these standards.
