Your Data Rights

• A copy (access & export) — a machine-readable export of the profile, learning records and preferences we hold.
• A correction — fix a nickname, avatar, age band or goal that is wrong.
• Deletion — remove the child profile and its learning records, or close the whole account.
• Withdraw an optional consent — for example turn analytics back off. Withdrawal does not affect the core learning experience.
• Object or restrict — ask us to stop or pause a specific processing purpose.

Sign in and use the Grown-ups area, or write to the privacy contact listed below. You can also use the contact form and choose the privacy topic. Tell us which child profile you mean; we do not need any extra personal details to find it.

We check that the request comes from the grown-up who holds the account, normally by confirming control of the account email address. We deliberately do not ask for identity documents about a child. If we cannot verify a request we explain why rather than acting on it.

If you never created an account, everything is on the device and we hold nothing to export or delete. Clearing this app’s browser storage — or using the reset control in the Grown-ups area — removes it permanently. Because we never receive it, we cannot restore it afterwards.

We acknowledge a request when it arrives and confirm in writing once it is done, including anything we had to keep and why. Statutory response deadlines depend on the operator’s jurisdiction and must be confirmed by counsel before launch, so we do not quote a figure here.

Tell us first — we would like the chance to fix it. You also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority in your jurisdiction. We do not name a specific authority here because the operator’s establishment is not yet confirmed.
